Office moving
Office moving means relocating desks, cabinets, files and electronics to a new address without disrupting the workweek. That is why the work is scheduled for evenings and weekends.
Success is decided in the planning. Every desk and cabinet gets a code that matches the new floor plan, so no one has to ask where things go on setup day.
Process
From planning to the first day
- 01
On-site count
We count desks, cabinets, workstations, printers and servers. File storage is measured in linear feet of shelving.
- 02
Codes and floor plan
Each item gets a floor, room and desk code. Labels are printed to match the floor plan of the new office.
- 03
Electronics prep
Employees back up their own computers. Cables are photographed and devices are wrapped in anti-static material.
- 04
Breakdown and transport
Desks and cabinets are taken apart after business hours. Files travel in locked crates or sealed boxes, and electronics ride in their own section.
- 05
Setup
Furniture is set up to the floor plan, cables are reconnected, and your staff test their connections.
- 06
First-day support
One crew member stays on site during the first hour of business on Monday to fix anything missing or out of place.

FAQ
Questions about this service
Will an office move stop our work?
Breakdown and transport happen after business hours, so work keeps going. The office is ready to use on Monday morning.
How are files and records moved?
Documents go into locking crates or sealed boxes, and we keep a list of box numbers and contents. For sensitive records, a crew member stays with the truck for the whole trip.
Do you disconnect computers and servers?
We handle the physical disconnecting, packing and transport. Data backups and network settings belong to your IT team.
